PedalMax products are intended for off-road, racing, or performance use only unless otherwise stated. By purchasing, installing, or using any PedalMax product, you acknowledge and agree that you do so at your own risk.
PedalMax shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to vehicle damage, mechanical failure, engine issues, transmission issues, driveline damage, loss of use, loss of profits, or personal injury arising from the installation, use, misuse, or inability to use any PedalMax product.
PedalMax does not guarantee compatibility with all vehicles, vehicle modifications, aftermarket parts, or software updates. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure proper installation and suitability of the product for their vehicle.
All products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
9. General Representation and Warranty
You represent and warrant that (i) your use of the Website will be in strict accordance with the PedalMax Privacy Policy, with this Agreement and with all applicable laws and regulations.
